How to Create an Engagement Album

An engagement album can provide a safe and pretty place to store all of the photographs and other keepsakes from your engagement. It can accompany your wedding album to give you several volumes of memories from one of the most special periods of your life. An engagement album is also a nice gift idea if you are a friend or family member of the bride or groom. Create an engagement album by collecting all the photographs you can and documenting the events of the proposal and engagement.

Decide if you want an online album, physical album or both.
    • Create a digital album on a site such as Shutterfly or Snapfish. Once you create the album, by uploading your photos from a phone or digital camera, you can share it with friends and family, or print pictures from it.
    • Create a physical album by selecting a decorative book and filling it with pictures and memories. You can find leather bound albums at gift stores, book stores and any place that you might register for gifts. Craft stores can custom make an album.
    • Make both a digital and printed album so you have different ways to show off your engagement. When people come to your home, you can show them the physical album. If you have friends and family who live far away, you can share your digital engagement album with them online.
