How to Draw a Bathroom Sink

No bathroom (or illustration of one) is complete without a sink. This article will use circles, ovals and rounded rectangles to help you learn to draw one!

  1. Image titled Body Step 1 5
Draw a half-circle to make the body of the sink. The flat part should be facing upwards, as seen, with the rounded section arcing towards the ground.
  2. Image titled Drain Step 2
Draw two ovals, one horizontal and the other vertical. Both should be centered and on top of the lower part of the body.
  3. Image titled Lavatory Step 3
Make the top of the sink. Draw two ovals, one inside the other.
  4. Image titled Spouthandles Step 4
Draw four rounded rectangles for the spout and handles. There should be a long one aligned to the center of the sink, a smaller one on top of it, and finally two short ones to the left and right of the first.
  5. Image titled Details Step 5 8
Draw two vertical ovals connecting the handles to the sink.
  6. Image titled Paint Step 6 2
Use silver or gold when you color the handles and spout. The sink bowl can be any color.

  • Draw lightly in pencil so that you can easily rub out mistakes.
  • If you want to give the metal a chrome look use black and white for highlights and shadows!
