How to Get a Fresh Face

With the season's around, it's hard to keep your skin in good condition; here's a tour to help you stay fresh all year.

    First wash your face. Many products we use are very unreliable and cause a lot of damage to our skin especially in the winter. So be sure and read the fine print.

    Cosmetics - Make up most of the time cause large pores, acne and spots, but to prevent thing like this from happening, wash your face and moisturise (use baby lotion to give you soft, smooth skin) every night before going to sleep.

    Protect your skin. Many of us enjoy staying out in the sun, especially in summer when we want hot tans, but we always forget the sun isn't really good for our skin, so for a lovely tan use a bit of sunblock, to prevent bad skin condition and burning yourself.

    Make sure you wash your hair and moisturise to get shiny and healthy hair. Dirty, oily hair does affect the condition of your face.

    Eat fruit and vegetables. Eating a bit of vegetables tend to give you smooth skin and prevent spot and acne from your skin. So get digging and find that fabulous skin, NOW YOU CAN ENJOY ALL THE SEASONS WITHOUT BAD SKIN AND HAIR.


  • Avoid touching your face
  • Drink a lot of water
  • Wash your face everyday
  • Wash off cosmetics before going to bed
  • Avoid scratching your skin
  • Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits
  • Don't use a lot of oil on your skin and hair
  • Avoid contact with other people's skin
  • To get rid of spots put toothpaste on you spot at night when you want to go to bed, it will reduce the spot on your face and prevent it from getting on your face.
  • Take multivitamin to give your body some energy
  • Clean your face with baby wipes.
  • Remove your makeup before you go to bed.


  • Don't use a lot of make up (this can lead to spots, dry skin and acne)
  • Don't use many product at all
  • If allergic and get any reaction contact your doctor
