    Get out your primer. Use your urban decay primer or whatever you use for a primer or base. You can also use chap stick for primer because it's sticky enough for the eyeshadow.

    Get out your clean sponge tip applicator and pick out a dark purple from your shadow palette. Apply that all over the baseline. You are going to cover the whole eye basically with a dark purple. Make sure it's a shimmer purple with glitter.

  • You can put some clear wrapping paper beside your eyes so your eyeshadow won't go all over the place.
  • Use less chapstick - just apply a little bit.
  • You can use chapstick as a primer/concealer for your eyelids; the chapstick will take out any oils on the lids and make the eye sticky so your shadows will stick.
