How to Have a Relaxing Self Pampering Night

So, you're really stressed out with work or school? The kids and your spouse are driving you crazy? It sounds like you need a pamper night. This article will tell you everything you need to do to be fully relaxed.

Steps

    Take a bath. Make sure the water isn't too warm, and if you want to, add some bubbles! If you don't have bubble bath, just use shower gel instead. Relaxing music will help you calm down. If you wish, you could have some candles and some lavender scents.

    Take your time. Come out when you're ready. But make sure you don't look like a prune.

    When you come out of the bath, Make sure there is a big fluffy towel to dry yourself on. Bring some lotion into the bathroom and apply it to your legs, arms and feet.

    Your face: Take your make-up off with a wipe. Use eye make-up remover, toner, cleanser and moisturizer.

Tips

  • Add a bath bomb or some bath salts if you have them.

  • Make sure you're either alone in the house or it's quiet. You don't want many people disturbing you.
  • Try doing some simple stretches before bed.
  • Don't fall asleep in the tub. You could drown.
  • Don't think about stressful things; this is your evening.
  • Use a bath robe and cozy slippers and scented candles.
  • If you don't want to watch TV or listen to music, you can read a book or some magazines instead!
  • Brush and floss your teeth. Take your time.
