Host slumber parties and have fun with all your friends. Do things that you would never do, like act childish again! Put your hair up in a way you normally wouldn't. Put on a ton of make up like you don't know how to. Play truth or dare, that's always fun.

Hang out with people younger than you. Lose yourself in their world, talk to them about their goals, values, and opinions. Think about back when you were their age. What were your goals? Have you achieved them?

Experiment! Do all the things you've been wondering about. Make a candy gun-do they really work? Have a pillow fight-do feathers really come out if you whack hard enough? Try making your own lip gloss or cooking.

The sky is never the limit. You can ALWAYS try new things, instead of being timid and scared, go the extra mile and be daring, as long as it isn't too dangerous. In school, do some extra credit, or maybe do something nice for the class or a teacher.

When you think of an embarrassing/silly but fun thing to do, DO IT. It is always great to do crazy stuff, you gain confidence, and get great memories, if you can persuade a friend to join in, and can get a joint memory. When you look back as an older person, you always regret most the things you didn't do rather than the things you did. Never again will you ever have the same lack of responsibility as in those pre-teen years.

  • Be confident- nobody's better at being you than you!
  • Find a hobby to do, like drawing, acting in front of the mirror, singing, etc., and share it with your friends. That's real fun!
  • Be nice to everyone. Try not to be moody. Being moody will affect your relationships with others.
  • Don't worry too much about how you look. It's not that important at this age.
  • Be social with friends!

  • Try to keep your personality-don't give in to peer pressure. Just because it's cool to be like the popular kid at school doesn't mean you have to do it too. You're better being yourself than coming off as fake.
  • Don't dramatically change, your friends might think you are acting all strange.
  • Don't do something that you don't want to do.
