How to Login to DreamBox

DreamBox is a learning website that connects teachers with students and parents. The program allows students to access class information at home or to play learning games. Teachers can set up a classroom account and then help students to create a username and password during a computer lab. The same username and password can be used on a home computer or through the iPad app.

Method 1
Logging in on a Computer

Start your computer. Open your Internet browser, such as Google, Bing or Safari.

Click on the URL in the address bar at the top. Type or paste the DreamBox URL with the school code at the end of the address. You can also search for the DreamBox site and type in the school code.
- The school code may look like this: “89o09/Roosevelt.”

Click on the classroom name. It is often listed under the teacher name and grade level.

Select your student name. Type in your username and password. If you have a picture password, type in the username and click the picture that corresponds to your password.^[1]

Login and use the site to access games or classroom info. If you are a parent, click on the “Set up parent access” link at the bottom of the home page. You can create a login that is associated with your child’s account.

Method 2
Logging in on an iPad

Go to the App Store on your iPad. Search for new apps. Type in “DreamBox” and press “Enter.”

Look for the DreamBox Learning App. It should be free of charge. Click the “Download” button to download it onto your iPad.

Wait for it to download, and then open the app on your home screen.

Find the school’s code. Most students will use the school code to play with the app. Each school has a unique code that they usually send to students and parents at the beginning of the year.
- Contact your child’s teacher to learn the code if you don’t know it already. Not all students have set up DreamBox accounts. You may only login if your school is using it.

Enter the code. Press the “Play” button. You will only need to enter the code once on your iPad. It will store the school code for future access.

Select your classroom. Next, select the student’s name.

Login using the username or password you were given. Young students have the option to use pictures for their password. If you don’t have a student username or password, you will need to set it up with the teacher.
