Ingredients

  • 18-20 basil leaves
  • 2 lemon slices
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 pinch salt
  • 500 ml soda or water
  • 1 or 2 tablespoon sugar as per as the taste is concerned
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice as required

    In a mortar, take 18-20 basil leaves, 2 slices of lemon, 1 or 2 tablespoon of sugar, and a pinch of salt.
    • If you want a sweet drink put 2 tablespoons of sugar or if you want a tangy tasting one put 1 tablespoon of sugar.

    Muddle all the ingredients with a pestle.
