How to Make a Weetabix, Jelly, and Ice Cream Dessert

This dessert consists of three layers consisting of Weetabix surprise, wobble time and Ice-cream delight. These unusual layer names will become clear to you once you've made the dessert.


  • Weetabix, several pieces
  • Milo, sprinkles, cashews, chocolate bits, etc., as wished
  • Jelly/Jell-O
  • Ice cream

Part 1
Making the Weetabix Surprise Layer

    Get a reasonable sized bowl to put your ingredients in.

    Get some pieces of original Weetabix and put it in the bowl.

    Dump in any sweet things you want in the bowl. Go crazy with it. You can add Milo, sprinkles, cashews, chocolate or any other yummy sweet things you'd enjoy for dessert.

    Mix it all up with a spoon.

    Put in the microwave for around 40 seconds to a minute depending on how many ingredients you have.

    Remove from the oven. The first layer is ready.

Part 2
Making the Wobble Time (Jelly) Layer

    Make some jelly/Jell-O. The best option is to get some Aeroplane jelly and make that at home. You can also get those ready-made jellies from your local grocery store.

    Allow to set. The second layer is done.

Part 3
Preparing the Ice Cream Delight Layer

    Pick your favorite ice cream flavour. You can either make the ice cream yourself or get a tub of it from the shops.

    Let it soften slightly and be ready to add it to the mix.

Part 4
Assembling the Dessert

    Get a cup in which you can easily layer the dessert.

    Add the Weetabix Surprise layer in the cup.

    Add the layer of jelly on top.

    Add a scoop of your favourite flavoured ice-cream to top it all off.

    Garnish with nuts. (optional)

    Serve immediately.
