For an old-fashioned country breakfast trying baking eggs cozily set inside nests of corned beef hash. This is an easy but probably not low cal breakfast or brunch special.

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces corned beef has
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs, if desired
  • Salt and pepper, as desired
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

    Spray 10 x 7 x 2-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
