How to Make Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Balls

This recipe is very good, and is great during the Holidays. Despite that, it is still fun to make and tastes awesome.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 4 tbsp. canned cream
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 box semi sweet chocolate
  • 1/2 block paraffin wax

Steps

    Mix together the first six ingredients in a bowl and shape into balls.

    Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Melt 1 box semi sweet chocolate with 1/2 block paraffin wax in a double boiler.

    Dip the balls into chocolate mixture. To do this, you can use a fork.

    Place the coated balls on waxed paper and let them harden at room temperature.
