What could be better than chocolate and peanut butter with their Rice Krispie treats?! This recipe will make the whole family smile in anticipation of the upcoming taste treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 6 cups crisp rice cereal
  • 1 cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate mini-morsels

Steps

    Combine the sugar and corn syrup in a Dutch oven.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves and it begins to boil.
