Tips

  • If you live in a cold climate, the coconut oil may be solid. You can substitute it for a liquid oil, such as almond oil, OR heat it slightly to melt the oil before applying it to your body.
  • Store in a dark bottle. This will help keep it from going bad.
  • Store in a cool, dry place.
  • Make sure you are completely dry before applying.
  • Try using your own essential oil blend instead if you like.

Warnings

  • Don't use any of the ingredients if you have allergies towards it.
  • Don't apply it on your face, only your body.
  • Some people may find coconut oil to be drying to their skin. If this occurs, try using a different oil in this recipe (e.g. olive, almond, grapeseed)
