How to Make Fried Potatoes in Kashmiri Style

Fried Potatoes is a very common dish in Kashmir. In this article, you will learn the step by step process to prepare it. This is second way to make fried potatoes in Kashmiri style. I


  • 500 grams Peeled and chopped Potato cubes
  • 1 tablespoon Kashmiri Veri Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds

    Clean and wash potato cubes.

    Add oil in a large frying pan.

    Place potato cubes in a perforated spatula.

    Add the cubes of the potato into the oil.

    Deep fry the potato cubes till they are golden brown in color.

    Remove the cubes from the oil and place them in a plate.
