  • Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Finely chopped basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  1. 1
    Preheat the oven to 350ºF/180ºC.
  2. 2
Oil the cupcake tray or muffin pan. If it's silicone, there's no need to oil it.
  3. 3
Place the shredded Parmesan cheese in the cupcake tray and press it down firmly. The amount you add is up to you but about 1 tablespoon is a good minimum.
  4. 4
Sprinkle the basil and the garlic powder over the top of the cheese. This will add the flavor.
  5. 5
Sprinkle salt and pepper according to your liking. If you don't like salt, you can skip it.
  6. 6
Place the cupcake tray in the preheated oven. Bake for about 5 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
  7. 7
Remove. Tip the cheesy crisps out of the holes of the cupcake tray or muffin pan. If you want to soak up any grease, leave them to sit on parchment paper for a minute.
  8. 8
Serve. The cheesy crisps are ready to eat once they've cooled a little. Place them onto a serving plate for ease of eating. Enjoy with a glass of your favorite drink.
