How to Make Orange Blossom Chantilly Cream

This orange blossom flavoured cream is delicate and delicious. It is perfect for citrus desserts and any other desserts that marry well with citrus flavours.

Ingredients

  • 200 ml cream, chilled
  • 1-2 drops orange blossom water
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar (confectioners sugar)

Steps

    Place the mixing bowl, beaters and cream into the fridge half an hour ahead of making the dish.

    Place the cold cream in a bowl with the orange blossom water.
