How to Make Simple Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are a delicacy, wonderful at parties, and astonishingly simple to make. Use this recipe to make a healthy dish that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs (chilled and peeled);
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise;
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard;
  • Salt and pepper, to taste;
  • Paprika;
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped chives (scallions work too)

Steps

    First, cut each hard-boiled egg in half lengthwise.

    Remove yolks and place in bowl.

    In bowl, add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.

    Stir well, until you have a creamy paste.
