Pack your makeup: Touch ups just in case some makeup on your face gets ruined or if a surprise zit pops up on you, you can cover it up! Makeup such as mascara, eyeliner, blush, lip gloss, lipstick, eyeshadow and concealer is good for the kit. But makeup isn't important. Only pack it if there's enough space and you feel the need to wear it in school.
    • Bringing your makeup bag with your everyday makeup in is also good if you have a surprise sleepover after school or something. This will ensure you will always have it for the the morning.

Think about what you really need in this list and place in your emergency school kit bag ready for school. Whenever you've been in an 'emergency' at school just think what would've helped you and add that to your kit!

Tips

  • If you are going to be putting in any personal items make sure to keep them in a safe compartment where nobody can see them.
  • If you are going to get everything on that list, it's probably better to buy everything travel size or mini size - it will save you a lot of room!
  • Only carry what is necessary.
  • For your pads and tampons carry it in a smaller bag but inside the bigger bag that you keep all the rest of your survival kit in.
  • Buy everything at the dollar store, sometimes there are things under a dollar!
  • Buy the things that you will need.
  • Carry everything in one small bag.
  • Label your survival kit bag, you don't want to get it confused with your pencil bag.

Warnings

  • Don't buy big things or nothing will fit in your bag.
  • Try not to leave it alone, as somebody might steal something.
  • If you are planning to put the bag in your locker, then put it behind things or hide it within your stuff so that if you have a very touchy locker partner he or she won't find it.
  • Be careful about wearing perfume. Some people can get horrible migraines from just smelling perfume!
  • Some schools may not allow certain things, so don't put them in your bag (ex: chewing gum, cell phones, medicines, etc.).
