"The sixth sick sheik's sixth sheep's sick." According to the Guinness Book of World Records, this is the hardest tongue twister to say in the world. But, with that said, it's not impossible to say it. You may actually be able to say it quickly and on-the-spot. But, this takes time, effort and practice.

    Write it down on a piece of paper, read it five times to yourself.

  • Mouth it out before trying to say it, this is sort of like a 'warm up' for your tongue.


  • Make sure you can say the tongue twister before trying to say it in public.
  • Some people just can't say certain tongue twisters, it's okay if you can't say it!
