Many people think that using aura or psychic powers would be the coolest thing ever. Most people are skeptical about aura and things of the like, saying they don't exist. But, for the people who argue that aura is real, there are ways to utilize aura to do what you want.

Method 1
Learning to use Aura

    Find a position where you can feel yourself 'center'. By 'centering' yourself, it's easier to access your aura. Try crossing your legs with your legs pressed against each other, interweaving your fingers in a pleading sort of way, and keep your eyes open. A lot of people want to close their eyes, but keeping them open allows you to focus on one point, like a laser.

    Breathe. Breathing deeply causes your brain to focus on what your goal is, leading to a better execution. You may feel a squeezing sensation near your solar plexus, but that's what you're aiming for.

    Set a goal. Setting goals is one of the two most important steps to the whole process.

    Fall into a rhythm of breathing and blinking. If you keep your eyes open too long, they'll dry out and you'll lose focus. Same thing with breathing. If you breathe too little or too much, you'll lose focus or pass out. Or both.

Method 2
Using Your Aura

    If you've made it this far, congratulations! You've figured out what the heck you're doing. Now, you need to set a goal.

    Picture what you want to do. If you're trying to make someone change emotions, think "Make (name) feel (emotion)." over and over. If you're trying to heal someone (a more advanced technique), think "Heal (name)." repeatedly.

    You can use aura in other ways as well. As long as you have a goal and a means to accomplish it, you're pretty much set.

Method 3
Getting rid of negativity

    Place your hands on top of each other, but leave space between them. If your hands are touching, this exercise will not work. Your hands must not be flat. They have to be cupped or it won't work.

    Wait for your hands to feel numb or tingly. This may take up to an hour. When you can't feel your hands, that's the signal to proceed.

    Move your bottom hand so that the palm is facing the other, like you're holding a ball. You should feel a slight weight in your bottom hand, as if there is a physical ball there.

    Once you're holding the ball, throw it. This releases your negativity and makes you feel better. The negativity is gone.

Method 4
Using aura on yourself and others

    Ask a person if they'll allow you messing with them. Consent is key.

    Use the aforementioned pose to psych yourself up. If you're in a situation where sitting is not convenient or allowed, stand with your legs pressed against each other.

    The commands are practically the same:
    • Make (name) feel (emotion).
    • Swap emotions with (name).
    • Heal (name).
    • Lower/Raise (name)'s IQ.
    • Make (name) feel hot/cold.
    • Etc, etc, etc.

    If you're using aura on yourself, the commands are slightly different:
    • Make me feel (emotion).
    • Heal myself.
    • Raise/lower my IQ. [not sure how this one works, as I've never tried this one]
    • Make me feel hot/cold.
    • Etc, etc, etc.

Tips

  • Remember, your aura does have limits. If you overuse your aura, you'll feel drowsy. As Nico di Angelo once said, "With great power comes the great need to take a nap."
  • Use your aura for good. Don't be a jerk.
  • Train your friends! Using aura is a good way to relieve stress and other negative emotions, and your friends will appreciate it.
  • Your aura will naturally get stronger the more you use it. If you're aura is 'leveling up', you'll get a stomachache accompanied by a headache. Don't worry, it goes away by the next day.

Warnings

  • If you ever see a glowing white orb the size of a golf ball, don't touch it. It is an evil spirit that will try to kill you or possess you.[citation needed] Or both.
  • Don't touch any glowing objects in general.
  • If you feel like you're doing something wrong, stop immediately. You might hurt yourself if you continue.
  • Never overuse your aura: you most certainly will pass out.
