Do you happen to have any thoughts on Make a Vegan Grilled Cheese Sandwich? Obviously nothing wrong with the concept, and the steps are technically right but it seems a bit like there is... detail missing? Somewhat obvious just putting the same ingredients but with vegan in front of them? Or is that kind of the best we can do anyway, given brandname guidelines and the like?

Okay, thanks! Yeah, it seemed, well, like you said, a touch obvious. I appreciate your adding it to your list - I know you will do it justice!

Hi Flic -- I need to modify the instructions for sewing a bench cushion. I think it would be easier to insert the foam if the opening weren't centered on the back. This is just a heads up -- I'll be making the changes in the next day or so.

Most recipes shouldn't be named 'bake' because that means the article will only be teaching how to bake the pie in the oven. This is the whole process on how to make an apple pie from scratch so it should be 'make'. But I understand your point, my apologies.

Your welcome. I'm glad to have been of service.

As I have all these old operating systems, I'm always looking for more things to do with them. Some of the request article are to do with programs but sourcing these programs is difficult at times XD Ah well, I'll keep looking.

Hi Flickety,

I'm glad your a fan. While it is true that my house is littered with computers (oldish and new), I run these old operating systems on a Virtual Machine (which is why the pictures used in the articles are so crisp). This means that they run incredibly fast and I can give them as much memory and hard drive space as I like.

Regarding tracking down these programs, I must be very careful these aren't viruses. Often people say that in virtual machines, viruses can't infect your main computer (which is true 73% of the time #MadeUpFigure). Furthermore, half the time I have no idea what the programs do. :)

Hope this answers some of your questions. If you have any more, feel free to ask. :)

Well, children often get attached to their toys. And anyway, if you want to say you hate something, come right out and say it! Don't just say "I despair of such-and-such" as if you're trying to be polite. As Tears For Fears put quite nicely, "Shout, shout, let it all out".

Hi User:Flickety. Please leave me a message on my talk page. On your computer, type "google gravity" on the Google text box (not including the quotation marks) and use your mouse to press the I'm Feeling Lucky and watch the site tumble to the ground. It may look broken, but it works. When you type, results will fall down. You can even type while the site is in its process. Was this helpful?

Hey hey Flic, I noticed you have a couple broken Talk links on an InUse article of yours - it's written as "User_talk", not "User talk". Just thought I'd let you know, so that it can be cleared from the Wanted Pages :)

Thanks for your edits on wikiHow:Categories. Thanks for this adjustment: http://www.wikihow.com/index.php?title=wikiHow%3ACategories&diff=20928147&oldid=20903972 That really makes this page a whole lot more complete. Although don't you think maybe the UIB categories shouldn't be included in this list, especially those of each of the individual 50 states...Kind of ridiculous (guess that's not something I need to worry about.)

That's okay. Just thought I'd raise my concerns. I could've said something about that in the forums, but thought I'd ask you first. I can live with it for now; until something has been said.

Raise my concerns isn't really where I was going with that. It's your choice whether to take this up with others. I know I have the forums to ask what others think. I couldn't think of a particular "right word" that would fit the situation well enough.

Kind of ridiculous...That's what I was thinking at first, but now that I look at it, it does look a bit odd. Again, it's your choice for now.

I can let things fly. You have control over what's going where. I don't. I just watch over it.

Flick, This question I'm asking Anna about, sort-of describes my whole thought-process in a nutshell. http://www.wikihow.com/index.php?title=User_talk%3AAnna&diff=20929169&oldid=20928954 It's hard to describe. While I was bringing up a question, I was also thanking you for making that edit. But I'll need someone's guidance to help me word this answer right, which I think you'll understand once you've read it. I didn't mean to strike any concern; I was just out of phrases to use without using the most commonly used ones which didn't entirely explain my thought process.

Hey Flic :) Thanks for working with the categories! Wow, we really have a lot of them that could stand to be cleared out or fixed. Nice wikiGnoming!

That being said - we have a couple of users who are classed into a deleted category, and I have no clue who either of them are. They're also inactive and have been that way for at least a year. (And one's User page is fully protected.) What's the best course of action for that? Anna suggested to notify them and then clear the category if they don't respond after a week or two, but - I wanted to get a second opinion. I'm shy and don't like leaving Talk messages for long-term members I don't know...
